Responsible for management of all contracts delegated by company directors. Liaison withclients & preparation of all necessary documents, plans & resources to satisfy their requirements.Invoicing clients & managing suppliers in connection with all projects.

Responsible for:Supervision of all Project Managers / Supervisors & Operatives. Awareness of company Health & Safety Policy ensuring compliance in accordance with its requirements. Management of all 'Contracts' delegated as necessary to Project Managers & Project Supervisors. Liaising with clients & preparing all necessary documents, plans & resources to satisfy their requirements. Invoicing clients & managing suppliers contracts in connection with all Projects. Development of the Planning Department.

Project Manager: Manager of Planning Department - planning, designing and implementing TM solutions for a variety of Clients and types of work.

Assistant Project Manager: planning, designing and implementing trafficmanagement solutions for a variety of Clients and types of work; ensuringthat TM operatives carry out work to agreed standards; liaison with Clients,Gardaí and other interested parties; ensuring that QMS paperwork ismaintained and completed.

Maintenance supervision and incidents/accidents reporting and attending. Employed by CHM and subcontracted to M50 Concessions.

Supervised all Design and Installation process of the company contracts.Responsible for the efficient installation, testing, commissioning andmaintenance of security systems (access control, CCTV and intrudersystems) to relevant procedures, engineer instructions and systemspecifications.
