Upon transitioning to executive search, he served as a Research Manager, successfully identifying prospective candidates for virtually every search carried out by the Ottawa office. Since moving into his current role as Partner, As a Partner, Andrew’s work is primarily focused on recruitments for a wide range of organizations in the public and not-for-profit spaces. With over 20 years of executive recruitment experience, Andrew’s nuanced understanding of complex multi-stakeholder environments, his strategic research skills, and focus on in-depth client needs assessment have made him an effective search professional with an outstanding track record of successful executive placements.Andrew studied journalism at Carleton University. He, his wife and three daughters, live in Ottawa.
