Matt Dumont is a Teacher, Former Operations Manager at Lsat Demon. Matt assisted me and made sure we didn't have to cancel any events and got us a replacement unit on a very tight schedule. The review below was one I sent to a Facebook group of 10,000 members expressing my gratitude for how professional Matt was throughout the process. Update 02/18/19....I had 5 days from the start of the week Monday until the Friday event I had booked with this booth. Also was booked Saturday and every Fri/Sat that month of December. To say I was stressed was an understatement! I contacted Matt DuMont on Monday and explained the situation. He didn't have an Infinite avail but he had a white Venture. He overnighted the booth and once I returned from an out of town 2 day trip I had the booth in my hands on Thur night before the Friday event. I leased the booth for 30 days on the production companies dime. I was able to fulfill all of my bookings and in turn I shipped my busted booth back to LAPhotoParty. Of course it was Christmas soon and they shut down for 2 weeks. A few hiccups in the repair occurred that were completely out of the hands of LAPhotoParty but they took great care of me. In the end, I did not have to cancel on ANY clients events, I received a repaired unit that was in better shape than I sent it. I LOVED the Venture so much in White that I purchased it. I thought I would only have the need for 2 booths of this caliber in my busy season in December but I have since double booked the booths in Feb and in March thus far. I cannot reap praises enough for the professionalism, tenacity, understanding, and overall good care that was provided by Matt Dumont at LAPhotoParty. He provided advice about insurance, shipping, receiving, etc. He offered to send me units at his cost if I felt I was outed by a deficiency in his timeframe of repair. A COMPLETE PRO! When you purchase a booth from these guys you know its well made but the support if ever needed is as good as the construction. I cannot thank these guys enough for assisting me through one of the most stressful time periods of my 10 year photo boothing career! I hope none of you ever experience a busted up booth but if you do just know that you bought from the right company. Thanks again LA Photo Party"
