• Participate in the designing, implementation and support of server infrastructure including physical servers, virtual servers, virtualization technologies, and infrastructure support tools• Manage, support, and maintain server hardware, operating systems, and software in a primarily Windows-based environment• Work with users at various level of the organization to determine requirements for operational needs and information processing options• Provide audit support, Generate report and review the same with L1/L2 teams• Deep knowledge of Wintel platforms, and Networking Infrastructure (Workgroup, Domain, DNS, WINS, DHCP)• Working Knowledge on Windows, Linux, VMwareVirtualization Server Operating Systems• Exposure to database, network administration and other applications, SAN / NAS, backup and storage.

• Managing and monitoring all installed systems, software- and infrastructure.• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools• Providing hardware and software support, including PC components, Microsoft Office, Windows and Mac OS, printers• Closely working with different teams to understand their IT needs and ensure there are no productivity set-backs.• Setting up IT and media equipment, including laptops, projectors and screens
