As VP of Marketing at Masco's Contractor Services division (now known as Top Build) in the 90's, I developed and implemented a “Powerful Proposition” that leveraged the manufacturing and purchasing nuances of the Insulation Industry into geometrically increasing sales and profit through an industry consolidation. I personally developed or enhanced material and labor operating procedures that controlled over 300 contracting locations.In 2000 as the VP of Operations and General Manager of Cabinet Operations I turned around Masco's failing in-house Merillat Cabinet Installation locations, made them profitable and grew the business from 1 horrible location in Tampa where our customer's hated us to 60 profitable locations by 2008. Cabinet Installation and Distribution grew to over $300M+ in 6 years with double digit operating profits by giving customers a unprecedented experience of satisfaction.

Started in 1974 right out of college as an Accountant in a fiberglass manufacturing plant in South Carolina.In 1978 transferred to the Corporate Office in Toledo Ohio as Financial Analyst and Pricing Manager for the Residential and Commercial Insulation Operating Division and was Controller for the Insulation Contractor Marketing Division.In 1983 transferred to Insulation Sales in order to prepare for career change to Marketing Management. Became Sales Office Manager for Orlando Florida. Earned Presidents Club and Distinguished #1 rated Performance. Developed largest customer and became National Account Manager of Gale Industries an Insulation Contractor with 20 locations in 5 states. Left in 1987 to work for Gale Industires as VP Marketing and Planning [later acquired by Masco].
