I personally developed or enhanced material and labor operating procedures that controlled over 300 contracting locations.In 2000 as the VP of Operations and General Manager of Cabinet Operations I turned around Masco's failing in-house Merillat Cabinet Installation locations, made them profitable and grew the business from 1 horrible location in Tampa where our customer's hated us to 60 profitable locations by 2008. Cabinet Installation and Distribution grew to over $300M+ in 6 years with double digit operating profits by giving customers a unprecedented experience of satisfaction.
