At BoMc, I apply my mechanical engineering background and intellectual property experience to assist clients with a wide variety of patent prosecution and counseling matters. Before joining BoMc, I was a technical analyst at a leading patent boutique law firm. I worked mostly on post-grant proceedings work and litigation, assisting clients with cases in front of the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board and U.S. District Courts. Because of this, I am able to think technically while staying legally strategic for potential litigation in the future.Prior to my professional career, I studied at KU in the Honors Program majoring in mechanical engineering and minoring in business. I graduated summa cum laude with a 4.0 GPA in May of 2022. I also held an internship as an application engineer for John Zink Hamworthy Combustion where I led a project to automate the company’s project specs and helped customers source the correct components for large-scale emissions-control projects.Outside of the firm, I practice boxing and jiu jitsu which I believe helps provide me focus, perseverance, and the desire to improve myself both in the firm and in the ring.
