Managing the two busiest and high-risk departments in the store - Consistently achieved and exceeding weekly sale targets of £240,000 for Fresh Foods, and £110,000 for Produce- Reduced the store’s waste by implementing ways to improve current process, achieving waste under budget throughout the course of the year.- Reduced the store’s shrink and loss of stock by improving current process, such as trialing the new approach (Project Emerald).
