Working as cover in various stores throughout the region helping in the opening of new stores or re-fitting old ones. Duties including everything involved in running large department stores from merchandising shelves to cashing up tills. Control of staff costs and stock are a key part of my role in ensuring that the company can expand.

A challenging role controlling an entire store. Ensuring KPI’s are met increasing profits through team building and training of staff. I have a team of staff ranging from 10 to 30 depending on the time of year and budget with strong merchandising and high level of customer service skills. I am expected to keep in contact with upper management and head office and communicate well with the staff so as to show the needs and expectations of the company and progress the business. I am also responsible for all stock control, wages and opening times of the store.
