Current- Facilitating and sustaining cooperation with ILO constituents, including workers' organizations, employers' organizations, the government, UN agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of project activities, aligning them with other development projects and programs in the country.- Ensuring effective project implementation by efficiently and promptly executing technical tasks in alignment with ILO's policies and procedures, project strategies, and… Show more - Facilitating and sustaining cooperation with ILO constituents, including workers' organizations, employers' organizations, the government, UN agencies, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of project activities, aligning them with other development projects and programs in the country.- Ensuring effective project implementation by efficiently and promptly executing technical tasks in alignment with ILO's policies and procedures, project strategies, and integrating gender mainstreaming into project implementation.- Coordinating project monitoring and evaluation through an RBM framework and regularly delivering progress updates on the project and its results to the regional M&E Officer.- Reviewing, verifying, and analyzing work plans, progress reports, and data provided by implementing partners, ensuring they meet the project's M&E framework's quality standards.- Organizing training programs, seminars, workshops, and meetings, representing the project when delegated, and delivering training.- Conducting technical field missions, offering guidance and advice to national and international staff and consultants, and ensuring project resources' proper and effective utilization.- Developing and disseminating project communication materials by drafting materials, publications, and press releases and ensuring effective communication with project stakeholders.- Preparing budget estimates and expenditure forecasts by analyzing and monitoring the resource situation compared to planned activities and providing recommendations for remedial action.- Show less
