Working within both the Riverside Room and Pearl Room, duties ranged from handling Crown Rewards members and assisting with any queries related to their membership, to reception for these VIP rooms and handling check-ins, to managing the upkeep and maintenance of the rooms themselves.

Working within the Pearl Room serving a variety of VIP patrons, responsibilities range from a responsible service of alcohol such as mixing cocktails and pouring beer and wine, to making teas and coffees, to handling payments (through cash, card and Crown's loyalty program), to closing till. This role also encompasses every aspect of the Bar Useful, such as running food orders, handling stock, changing kegs, cleaning glassware and tidying front and back of house. Additionally, duties of Bar Stewards are also taken up, such as taking customer orders, setting up tables and delivering drinks.

Working within the Pearl Room serving a variety of VIP patrons, responsibilities ranged from running food orders to cleaning glassware, restocking the bar and changing kegs, and removing rubbish and tidying up BOH. Additionally, worked shifts include Crown Metropol Room Service, Crown Towers Poolside and the Epicurean, developing a versatile skillset amongst similar yet widely varied roles and responsibilities.

Working as a front of house usher, roles range from scanning tickets, monitoring entrances and exits, distributing wristbands, assisting patrons with seating, and acting as a point of information for any queries patrons may have. Responsibilities as a safety warden are also a frequent precaution.

Working in both back and front of house, as well as on bar, in a variety of food outlets at Optus Stadium, catering for a diverse range of patrons in attendance of a variety of events. Duties range from preparing hot food to serving alcoholic beverages to handling transactions (both cash and POS) to cleaning up.

First year representative for the UWA social club. Role responsibilities included managing ticket sales (setting up the stall and cash transactions), marketing and publicity via social media, and assisting in the preparation and set up of university events.
