I started with BSW back in 2010 where I got a labourers job, this progressed to being an operator in our dev mill processing timber to meet customer requirements. Then I went onto driving mobile plant and ended up training to be a treatment plant operator and currently doing my NVQ. In 2014 I got the opportunity to be one secondary ops supervisor which I have done now for 4 years and was given lots of internal and external training to develop my skills and currently going through my level 6 CMI first line management course through UHI college. With all the training I received has given me the opportunity to take over a role as shift manager which I am looking forward to the new role and challenges ahead.
