Once the customer’s data has successfully migrated, in line with their desired configuration and field mapping, I hand over to Customer Success. Deliver clear, actionable guidance tailored to client needs, empowering users to leverage platform capabilities effectively while ensuring best practices in data handling and regulatory compliance.➡ Perform detailed analysis on large data sets using Excel, ensuring accurate data handling and seamless migration. Apply data validation techniques to maintain integrity throughout, supporting reliable and precise outcomes in the migration progress.➡ Partner with customers to effectively resolve software issues, engaging with our Product and Development teams using the Microsoft Azure Dev Ops platform.➡ Partner with team members to identify development opportunities for Kube, focusing on feature enhancements that address evolving governance challenges for customers.➡ Develop a strong, collaborative partnership with the Customer Success team to enhance client satisfaction, streamline onboarding processes, and proactively address customer needs
