Customer Onboarding Agent
CurrentAs a member of the Customer team, I navigate customers through the onboarding journey on to theKube entity management platform. Once the customer’s data has successfully migrated, in line with their desired configuration and field mapping, I hand over to Customer Success. Responsibilities in my role include the following:➡ Gather, organise, and manage customer data to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience onto the Kube platform, enabling customers to quickly integrate and utilise the platform’s features from day one.➡ Collect and accurately document product development requirements from customers, ensuring their needs and insights are clearly captured. Deliver detailed and actionable feedback to the Development team for review, facilitating customer-focused enhancements and aligning product direction with user expectations.➡ Conduct regular, in-depth workshops to educate customers on Data Management, Compliance, Document Management, and User Management within the Kube platform. Deliver clear, actionable guidance tailored to client needs, empowering users to leverage platform capabilities effectively while ensuring best practices in data handling and regulatory compliance.➡ Perform detailed analysis on large data sets using Excel, ensuring accurate data handling and seamless migration. Apply data validation techniques to maintain integrity throughout, supporting reliable and precise outcomes in the migration progress.➡ Partner with customers to effectively resolve software issues, engaging with our Product and Development teams using the Microsoft Azure Dev Ops platform.➡ Partner with team members to identify development opportunities for Kube, focusing on feature enhancements that address evolving governance challenges for customers.➡ Develop a strong, collaborative partnership with the Customer Success team to enhance client satisfaction, streamline onboarding processes, and proactively address customer needs
