• Responsible for Installation, Maintaince, Repair and Upgrading of desktop systems for a 2,500+ user Operational Cell.• Managed Desktops system setups, patching, software and hardware installation, and Workstation reconfiguration Department of Defense Intelligence analysts that worked 24 Hour operations and where computer uptime was vital.• Performed New account and email setup and creation for new users, along with issuing and installing Hardware/Software that they were approved in order to do their job’s tasks.• Responsible for the timely troubleshooting and resolution of user’s issues in order to maintain High Operational status.• Responsible for actively doing Virus and Malware scans on User workstations both remotely and in person, without interfering with the operation tempo.• Performed remote access task such as installation of new Software, allowing user’s access to remote programs and resolving any issues may have been experiencing.• Responsible for the issuance Of Highly Classified Hard drives and Networked workstations to new and upgraded users.• Performed all Active directory tasks for user including Account Lockouts, Password expirations, email changes, and much more.
