As director of DCLX, I do stuff, lots of stuff.Aside from running DCLX from a director level, my passion is still lighting design, engineering, live events and everything in between.I have been credited with lighting designs at several 'west-end' theatre shows, international award ceremonies in Saudi Arabia and the USA, many London Fashion Week events, high profile parties and I also design and install custom architectural lighting installations.Essentially, I love what I do. I thrive on finding solutions to problems that many people walk away from. I love using a challenge as an opportunity to research new technologies to find solutions. The DCLX company motto had always been "Lighting : Design : Dedication" and it always will be.

As the senior technician at Aztec, I was responsible for the management of jobs from the warehouse preparations to delivery to the client on site.I often ran teams of technicians of 15+ to tight deadlines to ensure we successfully delivered what was expected. Of course we always over delivered!I was also responsible for the maintenance of all of the firm's lighting stock and I was one of their in house lighting designers and board operators.I met some great people and made great friends working at Aztec but I could never shake the "I want to be freelance" feeling!
