We supply specialist broadcast engineering support to a leading international motorsport company, as well as broadcast surveillance systems for the London Metal Exchange. Trading for over 30 years, since joining NEP I have continued to grow and develop the business in the managed services sector. Wining new long term service delivery contracts, as well as developing new relationships with events production companies to deliver complex government and UN conferences, CHOGM, G7 and NATO. Most recently winning the contract to deliver the broadcasting and AV facilities for COP26 in Glasgow. I have developed teams that are fully trained and focussed on service delivery and am proud that we have consistently met all KPIs and SLAs and frequently go beyond what is contracted. Responsible for all aspects of a successful Soho Facility house. Leading a team in a 24/7 operation overseeing client service, sales, building management, technical and operational delivery, engineering support and accounting. With seventy plus creative and support staff, numerous freelance operators deployed across two building with forty five operational suites and the associated infrastructure and systems in Soho.Rationalised costs and implemented more efficient staff working practices, including flexible rosters and multi skilling training programs for support technicians and operators. As well as increasing the number of saleable rooms by eight within the existing buildings and tidying up the business for the owner to sell.

Designed, and delivered the build of digital post production facilities covering 4,000sq feet on greenfield site, with project management and financial accountability to the board.Overviewed all Planet 24’s network post production on a profit, loss, and quality basis.First line of contact with programme makers and production managers to ensure efficient cost effective internal and external content manufacture.Interface with the broadcasters on technical delivery of product.

I joined as part of a completely new program and facilities launch, involved in the setup of new News and Magazine programming for London (London Today/Tonight and After 5) which included stylisation, operation of editing and camera equipment and multi-skilling teams across the technical grades.
