CurrentManaging Director of NEP Bow Tie with offices in Central London, we are the premier managed services provider for Parliaments and Government Authorities in the UK. Our business is diverse, and service based, specialising in all aspects of broadcast and AV operations and installations.The business has teams across the UK, with contracts which include, UK Parliament, the Welsh Parliament, the Greater London Assembly, and the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. We supply specialist broadcast engineering support to a leading international motorsport company, as well as broadcast surveillance systems for the London Metal Exchange. Trading for over 30 years, since joining NEP I have continued to grow and develop the business in the managed services sector. Wining new long term service delivery contracts, as well as developing new relationships with events production companies to deliver complex government and UN conferences, CHOGM, G7 and NATO. Most recently winning the contract to deliver the broadcasting and AV facilities for COP26 in Glasgow. I have developed teams that are fully trained and focussed on service delivery and am proud that we have consistently met all KPIs and SLAs and frequently go beyond what is contracted. The management team are committed to maintaining recognised standards and systems that we use at the core of our delivery. These include, proactive health and safety compliance, business continuity planning, accessibility compliance, electrical PAT testing qualifications, as well as ISO standards that are audited by an independent body annually. These include ISO9001:2015 Quality Management system, ISO:27001:2013 – Information Security Management (ISIM) system, ISO:14001:2015 – Environmental Management system and ISO:45001: 2018 – Occupational Health and Safety management system. These quality standards are embedded in our business and benefits the delivery of the contract provision.
