While with the Lazaridis MBA Program Office I participated in SEO and digital planning discussions surrounding the formal rebranding of the Laurier MBA Program and advised on the implications of such. I conducted event-specific email campaigns and monthly newsletters through Infusionsoft CRM software. I anayzed the effectiveness and conversion of current out-of-home advertising for the program. Additionally I regularly utilized Wordpress to create and track events as well as to troubleshoot issues and update company information. As before I regularly utilized creative software such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop to create contact for social media usage. As well, I planned, managed and executed all social media presences for the Lazaridis MBA Office while abiding to the guidelines set forth for external communication by Laurier.

While with Foodland Ontario working for the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs I was responsible for planning, managing and executing all facets of the Retailer Awards Ceremony set to honor the marketing efforts of grocery retailers in Ontario for local produce. Additionally I actively represented Foodland Ontario at several trade-shows and events, including providing planning and facilitating a booth for the Premier's food drive which included both Cabinet and Ministry members. Additionally while with Foodland I provided analytics on our logo's usage throughout Canadian retailer flyers to determine effectiveness of our efforts. Lastly I regularly utilized creative software such as InDesign to create and update communications to retailers, specifically invitations to compete in our various seasonal challenges.

I was fortunate to join Spectrum Brands as a Marketing and Sales Intern where I completed competitive analyses of the Canadian retail market in home appliances, produced internal sell sheets to assist internally with sales and communication, I analyzed Nielson data to provide business intelligence trends to my team and aid in decision making, I also aggregated consumer review data to draft performance metrics and reported directly to the Director of Marketing.

Participated both independently and collaboratively in various road maintenance activities. Utilized various regional equipment which required keen observation of safety protocols: including wood-chipping, guiding traffic, planning road detours all while representing the Region of Peel to the public.

Performed updating of client contact database, inventory of close-out documentation and digitization of said files. Additionally I held responsibility for handling and distributing received mail, often including handing invoices.

Prepared and served various fresh food items including sliced meat, cheese trays and both warm and cold salads. In addition ensuring cleanliness of the deli proximity and operations.
