Chartered Qunatity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in quantity surveying and estimating. Currently workinh as a slef employed professional offering surveying and estimating services to the industry. Specialising in groundworks, concrete frames and rail work.Professionally , i worked for Cementation Construction before moving into subcontracting with T Costellow in 1989. Thereafter joined Scanmoor Limited as Commercial Manager, subsequently led to Commercial Director position. In 2006 joined Mann Costruction as a senior estimator. I have since set up my own company offering professional services to Contractors, subcontractors and clients.Services include all pre and cost contract functions from initial tender through to final account, including commercial advice. Have been strongly involved in the introduction and implementation of company surveying procedures, financial reporting and forecasting.Specialties: Specialising in estimating and surveying in groundwork, concrete work, rail and underground work.
