Establish the project organisation, lead and develop teams to achieve the objectives1st point of escalation and resolution for all project related risk/issues deriving from the project team, escalating to Team Managers as requiredManagement of resources in a project context (internal and external) ensuring; Performance, Project updates and Project health is managed in accordance with the Firms project process and professional standards.Direct interaction with Business Units and other IT teams to ensure all project work undertaken meets the defined scope and remains in line with IT Strategy.Work with relevant external suppliers to ensure solutions delivered are appropriate and to the agreed cost and quality.Risk & Issue management, ability to identify, plan and take mitigating actions against project threats and resolve problems in a dynamic, collaborative fashion

Manage the delivery of all allocated projects from registration to closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, through effectively managing, monitoring and prioritising their business needs.Produce and maintain agreed Project Management documentation throughout project lifecycle.Work closely with business stakeholders and sponsors to pro-actively seek opportunities to fulfil business requirements via the integration of existing or the provision of new solutions and driving these though to delivery.Work with other UKIT team leaders, project managers and resource managers to ensure equitable allocation of resources aiming at a best fit between business objectives / priorities and the delivery of successful change across all areas.Establish, interpret and document business/technical requirements, both for in-house and external developments. Convert these into deliverable and supportable solutions.
