Ive worked with complexed and challenging behaviour for 17 year's in respite, Residential, Day care, PA and recently children's respite and with people with mental distress in the harplands A an T setting in the NHS. And in that time have acquired much valuable experience and knowledge, And am at a point of developing where I can pass this on in a more advisory/ managerial role. And am currently enhancing certain aspects of my job and future development by doing the relevant training.
