Responsible for:- Creating a pet crematorium division for CVS Group Plc group through the acquisition of competitor businesses, the building of new sites and the development of existing business units to provide coverage for CVS and non-CVS veterinary practices throughout the UK.- Setting and achieving strategic objectives for the business - Developing co-ordinated brand identities and an overarching brand to bring the acquired/built business under a common umbrella while retaining local identities- Establishing a management team capable of driving growth and organisational change. - Developing a "team" culture and "World-Class Service" ethos.- Communication of the business's core vision, values and mission within CVS and to its existing & potential non-CVS clients.- Driving operational efficiencies through investment in infrastructure and the establishment & utilisation of core KPI's.

Responsible for: Determining the strategic objectives for the business and its core CPC and Novus Environmental brands. Re-branding and re-positioning of Cambridge Pet Crematorium as CPC to align the business with the needs of the developing corporate veterinary marketplace The creation of the Novus Environmental brand to spearhead the the company's entrance into the human healthcare marketplace
