Plan, develop and implement new internal Management System Audit process to measure compliance with and effectiveness of company-wide management system.Manage 12 auditors globally, reviewing and approving more than 60 audit reports annually.Report findings to Corporate management and Board of Directors on a quarterly basis, making recommendations based on identified trends from audits.Develop and establish Monthly Verification System for both offshore and onshore management, resulting in increased knowledge of company-wide management system and overall higher rate of compliance.Other duties include ISM/ISPS oversight, including fulfilling roll as Designated Person Ashore and Company Security Officer.

Train drilling crews onshore in Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Management Leadership and conduct basic safety inductions for new employees.Develop and/or revise and implement Management System Policies.Act as Lead Investigator on numerous incidents ranging from minor investigations to fatalities.Conceptualize, develop and execute electronic risk assessment process, at one point used on over 120 rigs worldwide.
