• Reconciled agent positions and holdings, Certificates & Vault, Policy Documents, Life and mortgage Products against UBS internal records and registrars;
• Identified and escalated breaks to working areas and ensured timely resolution of breaks;
• Booked rooms for meetings, organised key personnel for the event and ensured access to vaults and rooms, arranged and executed transportation of documentation from one secured area to another and ran the event;
• Produced and presented MIs relating to reconciliations for weekly meeting updates, reportable to the FCA, and taking minutes.

• Dealt on instructions, placing sell, purchase and switch deals received from Investment Service Managers, Clients and Internal Departments;
• Worked with high volumes and dealt to tight deadlines throughout the day;
• Investigated incomplete or misleading internally and externally.

• Input and verified data, investigated and resolved breaks on reconciliations and reconciled Inter and EOD data on a daily basis;
• Controlled workflow of transaction team and performed key critical deadline checks throughout the day and produced the daily report.

• Reconciled backlog and daily Crest equity, held weekly meetings with areas to discuss and resolve un-reconciled items;
• Trained staff on daily reports and procedures;
• Produce weekly MIs for senior management;
• Collated and created a summary of accounts from department spreadsheets, distributed to senior management for review of accuracy, issue referral and final sign-off.

• Responsible for the settlement of PEP/ISA transfers.
• Performed stock lending daily fee reconciliation, utilising Excel spreadsheets to make fee comparisons.;
• Managed performance of reconciliations, advised on collateral cover requirements, produced spreadsheets and set and maintained administrator information.
