Growth is mainly achieved through new client acquisition and effective client management throughout the project and product life cycle. The focus of the role is revenue generation. Maintaining key relationships with senior business leaders has been an essential part of this role. ResponsibilitiesStrategy• Formulate a growth strategy for Kenya and the wider East Africa region.• Participate in the company-wide strategy process.• Identify and explore strategic opportunities and relationships.Media and Campaign Management • Develop campaign strategies. • Create communications plans. • Manage production of videos and animations.• Engage Media networks - editors, journalists. Strategy, design and coordination of the East African Community (EAC) 20th anniversary Citizens Engagement Campaign #TheEACiDeserve, www.theeacideserve.com- Design of the EAC i Deserve campaign strategy - Selection of a competitive and memorable theme - Six country regional campaign launch strategy & plan- Managing delegates invitations - Managing the media strategy - Managing the digital and social media strategy - Design of the campaign monitoring and evaluation plan - Organising media interviews and preparation of statements - Coordinating multi-stakeholder invitations to the government officials, private sector, civil society, youth, academia, church leaders etc. - Selection and managing performance of third party agencies- Design a regional competition that will create an engagement from the citizens.
