An extremely successful 4.5 years at Restaurant Associates culminated in over £25m worth of new business gained across a number of key sectors. This included global investment banks, major law firms, cutting edge media companies, first class airline lounges, and a destination London restaurant in consultation with Michel Roux Jnr. For three consecutive years I was awarded BDM of the year as well as being the over-all Compass UK winner.

At the age of 25 I became one of the the youngest Operations Managers in Sodexo, managing a portfolio of 11 catering and multi-service contracts with a total operating turnover in excess of £10m.

Sodexo employed 6 graduates from across the UK and parts of Europe onto this strategic programme designed to nurture the next generation of Executives with the UK business. Following a hugely successful 12 months working across a range of central functions as well as in multi-functional operational roles I achieved the programme objective of moving into a full-time post as Operations Manager.
