Working throughout one of the largest golf shops in the UK. With the shop being located at the "home of golf" it attracted thousands of people each year from all across the world and for many once in a life time opportunity to visit. My role was to maintain high standards of customer service and recommend products that tailor the needs of each individual. In addition stock replenishing and maintaining stock levels of each department in the store. This including 8 clothing brands and new and second hand golf clubs.

As a Greenkeeper I carried out a diverse range of activities e.g.Preforming daily work activities as devised and instructed by the Head Greenkeeper to get the course set up ready for play. Aiding in the training of less experienced staffRegularly assessing play on the course; pedestrian and vehicle access routes and reporting any areas of concernFollowing the safe working practices implemented by senior team members ensuring the safety of all golfers, staff.
