Programmed an implementation of an algorithm in Python that efficiently detected mass clusters within a galaxy catalog using weak shear gravitational lensing.• Useful for detecting foreground objects in space of incredibly high mass thatare not visible, such as dark matter.• Invited to present algorithm and findings to LLNL scientific staff.
