Non Executive Director of the Coutts & Co Trustees (Switzerland) Limited advising on the strategy to exit the business. This involves developing plans and in certain circumstances leading the execution of the plans and leading the negotiation with settlors/beneficiaries to exit all of the remaining trusts where settlors and beneficiaries are located in numerous international locations. Worked with specialist trust/corporate outside counsel based in Switzerland, Jersey, United Kingdom and other international locations.Also provided advice on the strategy to exit trusts and exit the business of Coutts & Co Trustees (Cayman Islands) Ltd.

This has included managing the completion of the Coutts Trustees Jersey MBO and leading the restructuring of the Coutts UK trust business.I took on an interim role from June-November 2018 to manage the Adam & Co/Adam Investment Management change programme.Between March-June 2018 was COO of an RBS Fintech start-up (short-term assignment). Part of the leadership team responsible for the design, build and implementation of the new business (multi million pound budget).

Covered operations in Jersey, Switzerland and Cayman Islands.The restructuring covered five key projects and multiple work streams. The key deliverables were implemented in one year with a multi-million pound investment and benefits profile.
