I oversee all aspects of these projects, including all formal PM aspects such as budgeting, timekeeping, reporting, documenting, communication, requirements, dependencies, risk management, etc. I understand project lifecycles and utilise agile methodologies to ensure high quality and timely delivery of results. Our company produces architectural light fittings for high end environments, retail, museums, hotels, churches, restaurants, private residence.I run the manufacture of fittings specified by external lighting designers. This involves running many projects in parallel (up to around 30 when busy), most will be for a small value/number of standard fittings whilst always running at least 1 or 2 much larger jobs consisting of custom designed fittings.
