My responsibilities include conducting keyword research based on topic ideas from our clients for search engine optimization (SEO).From the topic idea, I run the idea through SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Google trends) to come up with proper short-tail or long-tail primary keywords for the topic. I also deduce secondary keywords that can be incorporated into the text. Why? Because we want to understand what you are looking for and only serve you with relevant content on the first pages of the Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).2. Aside from the keyword research, I am also tasked with creating content briefs for our pool of writers. I do this using SURFERSEO tool. The content briefs give writers precise instructions on what is expected for each article in terms of structure, format, and content.3. I then assign writers articles and communicate other requirements where necessary.4. The final part of the process is to review each article to ensure they comply with the company standards and are ready for publishing. I generally look at title optimization, image optimization (Alt text), and schema markup opportunities in the submitted articles.5. Other than managing the content flow process, I also take part in budgeting for the content based on every client's overall budget for a particular project.That’s basically how I help to serve you those amazing blog articles, landing pages, images, and videos.6. On project management, I am tasked with updating clients' workbooks, suggesting updates on new content strategies, and keeping track of writing projects using PM tools (ASANA and HARVEST).

The company deals in selling and fabrication of shipping containers into homes, commercial properties, offices, and other structures in East and Central Africa.Main responsibilities include:▪ Creating and posting SEO content on the company's official website www.premiumcontainers.co.ke and social media platforms. ▪ With a robust content strategy, I have managed to rank numerous keywords about shipping containers in Kenya in the top pages of SERPs which got the site from a dormant homepage to over 100 website clicks per day.▪ Came up with a social media strategy that included a mixture of organic reach and ad campaigns (Google ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, Jiji ads) that increased the company’s social media reach more than 5X every year.▪ Tasked with setting up social media campaign objectives and KPIs to track and analyze ROI from the leads and engagement generated in the socials.▪ I maintain the company’s website and social media pages by keeping the back-end side of the content management Systems (CMS) functional and up to date through frequent website audits, speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and updating plugins.▪ Performing technical SEO audits in Ahrefs, retrieving the crawl results, and handing them over to SEO analysts for corrective action. ▪ Setting up and maintaining Data analysis tools so that the company can access accurate progress reports on platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Facebook business profile, and other third-party SEO tools.▪ I also proactively analyze competition, industry trends, and influencer's actions on social media to keep up with what’s new in the market.

Providing supervision to over 200 casual and contract employees in sorting, roasting, and packaging of coffee (Shiriki Coffee brands) in the value addition chain.-Developing production plans and machine maintenance schedules; and supervising their complete implementation.- Generation of daily, weekly and monthly production reports which include inventory, machinery reports and production staff files.- Creating and keeping necessary production records, strategic policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with the company’s operational manual and monitoring their full implementation.- Ensure compliance with regulatory authorities’ requirements such as KEBS certifications, PVoC (Pre Export Verification of Conformity), packaging material artwork verification, UTZ, Rainforest Alliance, MOO (Mark of Origin) and FLO (Fairtrade) sustainability Standards maintenance.- SLOBS (Slow moving and Obsolete) inventory management of WIP and finished goods products in the value addition chain.- Developing production procedures where new business processes arise and sourcing of production materials both locally and from the company’s strategic private label partners.

-Providing supervision to averagely 1000 workers per shift at all times especially at the critical control points to ensure food safety compliance both in the ambient and freezing vegetable factories.-Ensuring all operatives are adequately trained on company food safety and quality policy and closely monitoring of these policies implementation.-Carried out at least two internal audits monthly as required by BRC, ISO, and HACCP food safety management standards.-OSH (Operational Safety and Health) maintenance and promotion at the production floor and the general workplace environment.
