I am HR & Real Estate Director at Aldermore. Since joining Aldermore in 2022, I have fundamentally restructured and transformed HR. I have become adept at orchestrating the transformation of HR functions, aligning them with organisational goals and maximising their impact demonstrating impact on productivity, cost management and people manager capability. I have a current focus on Productivity and well as the Future of Work. I previously gained an excellent grounding in my profession during a 10-year career at HSBC, where I progressed from a recruitment role to Head of Employee Relations for the UK, supporting over 50,000 employees, leading a large team and fostering a culture of partnership and healthy collaboration. A radical initiative was the launch of my ER Academy to streamline training of people managers; this dramatically enhanced performance standards and contributed significant value to the bottom line. I’m looking to expand my professional network and would love to hear from senior managers, particularly those with a fresh outlook and an interest in changing ways of working and new technologies.
