As a Senior UI/UX Designer, I assumed a leadership role within the team, orchestrating projects and facilitating effective communication with clients through numerous interactions. This involved diligently gathering information from clients and conducting independent research to establish clear design directives, primarily focusing on mobile applications.Throughout project lifecycles, we adhered to a structured process encompassing various phases, including brand discovery and development, creation of low-fidelity wireframes, style experimentation, prototyping, concept validation, business development, and, in certain instances, low-code development. Collaboration with product owners, junior or supporting designers, and stakeholders was pivotal in navigating these multifaceted projects within a high-performance team operating in a demanding environment, underscoring the importance of morale maintenance and adept time management.In addition to project responsibilities, I assumed the role of team lead, bearing the significant duty of overseeing a cadre of designers. This entailed resource management, conflict resolution, project review, and mentorship. I actively promoted company values, fostering a supportive environment by assigning internal tasks aimed at driving overall company objectives forward.Furthermore, my involvement in spearheading the creation, introduction, and management of new departmental processes underscored an additional layer of responsibility. Moreover, I've recently expanded my scope to include digital marketing initiatives, wherein I contribute to the creation of social media posts and strategic planning.I derive particular satisfaction from engaging in extensive projects characterized by a comprehensive approach. This entails commencing with thorough research within the pertinent domain, followed by meticulous wireframing and systematic planning of the entire framework. Subsequently, this groundwork evolves into the development of a cohesive storyboard, ensuring a holistic and effective design process.

As the Graphic Designer responsible for the conception and implementation of signage solutions for local enterprises, my role encompassed a diverse range of projects.
