Plan and implement preventative maintenance systems for computer labs, smart classrooms, and offices, while collaborating with end users as well as ITS personnel to ensure the full technology footprint was configured properly and supported accordingly.Serve as the technical lead within a dynamic Helpdesk and Desktop team, providing insight and guidance on hardware and software integration throughout the campus and its offsite locations.Manage regular desktop upgrade projects, including maintenance of the software deployment catalogs, remote deployment workflows, and virtualization technology related to developing, testing, and implementing state of the art imaging practices.Enforce College policies related to technology such as the Acceptable Use Policy and Copyright Policy, as well as any applicable federal, and state laws or regulations.
