DUTIES DONE:- Working with mechanical and Electrical team in case of the equipment break down.- Ensure the plant operates within the required tonnages per hour with minimal down time.- Controlling iron content in the Rutile product as per customer specification.- Ensure the High tension Coronastat machines are running smoothly throughout the shift.- Operating the HMC Drier, Rutile Drier and Zircon Drier in Dcs and Local modes.- Ensure the free-boards pressures and Bed Temperatures of the Driers is within the required ranges.- Report any plant defects to the supervisor.- Ensure the Rare earth Roll magnets (RER) and Rare Earth Drum magnets (RED) separators are in good condition.- Making high tension corona stat wires in case of breakages.- Ensure the HT Corona stat, RER and RED sieves are cleaned throughout the shift.- Taking the KV for the HT corona-stat machines hourly for efficiently operational.

DUTIES DONE:- Operate Acid regeneration plant within specified parameters- Produce high quality regenerated Acid (HCL) within targeted quantities- Carry out house-keeping and autonomous maintenance.- Report on any plant defect to pickling line engineer.- Ensure safe working environment is maintained in the plant- Executive production plan in shift- Ensure 5 K and Gemba Kaizen is maintained in the plant.- Making sure all piping have no linkages - Control the reactor (Roaster) temperature and LPG flow rate as per standard operational procedure.

DUTIES DONE:- Operating the Raw mill, coal mill and rotary kiln- Co-ordinating with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation team in the case of a problem in the plant- Ensuring all the equipments are functional well during plant operational - Controlling the current, temperature and pressure of the equipments- Ensuring continuity in raw material flow throughout the shift- Supervising all the attendants of the plant and educating them on which measure to take in case of a problem- Co-ordinating with laboratory team to ensure good product quality- Ensuring that the Rotary Kiln hood draft and burning zone temperature is within the required range.
