Before being appointed to my current role, I already served as CEO Northern Europe overseeing more than 1.100 hotels and 40.000 Heartists across 32 countries. The hospitality industry has been my passion for over twenty years. Prior to joining Accor at the end of 2016, I was with Kempinski Hotels. As COO and part of the Management Board I oversaw the worldwide operations for one of the most prestigious luxury hospitality brands.Outside work, I am a massive sports fan and an active supporter of the Arsenal Football Club.
