Provide analytic support across multiple functions for the Midstream Business Unit• Create, maintain, and enhance financial planning spreadsheet models (including EBITDA, DCF, etc.)• Create rate of return models to support the commercial development group on capital projects• Create valuation models to support evaluation of acquisition opportunities• Integrate budgets and forecasts with financial planning models to produce projected financial statements, credit metrics, capital tracking, and other critical financial information• Support Investor Relations in their preparation of presentations and detailed backup support for management, including bank meetings, earnings calls, and ratings agencies• Track operating metrics to determine financial impact and support the operations group• Provide support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting as well as requests from rating agencies and investor relations• Coordinate and reconcile financial and commercial information internally• Provide support in connection with capital markets activities• Prepare industry comps and peer analysis• Prepare ad hoc analysis and presentations

• Perform preparation of complex financial analysis on Oil & Gas reserve-based commercial entities and relationships• Coordinate with Engineering to identify and quantify risks associated with future reserve performance• Perform specialized secondary analysis of complex credits ranging from $2 Million to $600 Million• Coordinate with energy derivative services to determine internal exposure limits• Make recommendations regarding loan structure based on analytical findings• Prepar commitment reports for presentation to Senior Loan Committee for the Houston Energy Lending Department• Assist with legal document reviews and loan closing functions• Assist in market research on territories, industries, and potential customers• Responsible for the preparation of management reports assessing portfolio risk and profitability

• Perform detailed analysis of commercial credit requests including evaluating cash flows, engineering reports, projections & Performa’s, collateral valuation and other information necessary to assess the credit risk associated with Oil and Gas reserve –based lending opportunities located in the Permian Basin and General Commercial requests• Analyze both public and private domestic independent producers, pipeline and gathering companies and other energy related businesses• Responsible for the preparation of Senior Loan Committee presentations for lending officers• Coordinate with HR for new analyst recruiting, interviews and training• Monitor financial covenants, prepared monthly and quarterly management reports, and completed scheduled loan reviewsManagement Training• Extensive practical training in each department of the bank• 52 week program
