He participates in mentoring new financial advisors, currently serves as his region's Performance Leader and served as a Diversity & Inclusion Leader. Duncan also operates as the Pennsylvania representative for the Edward Jones Grassroots Task Force so that he may be a mouthpiece for the voices of his clients and the individual investor on Capital Hill. He has previously served as a board member for the North Wales Area Library, Gwynedd Mercy Alumni Board, and Laurel House, an agency dedicated to ending domestic violence. Duncan also served two terms as chairman of the board for the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Montgomery County. He continues to volunteer throughout the year teaching investment education for the North Penn Community Education Program.Born and raised in North Wales, Duncan enjoys being an active member of the community he grew up in and giving back to the organizations that helped shape his life. He met his wife of 20 years in 8th grade at Penndale Middle School and now lives in Upper Gwynedd Township with their 3 children.
