Execute utility billing functions, financial systems, customer service, and financial review, analysis, and reporting. • Prepares analysis and special projects, as directed, in accordance with professional, administrative, and legal standards. • Manages all aspects of producing accurate invoicing, A/R, A/P, credit/collections, payroll, purchasing, municipal contract obligations, reconciling billing accounts to the general ledger, auditing, data analytics & research, hiring, firing, and training.• Manage billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines that align with company, industry, municipal, and SOX compliance. Maintains billing metrics databases including rates, taxes, and fees.
