I represent corporates, banks, investors and ultra high-net-worth individuals in complex, international litigation, arbitration and investigations.My practice encompasses disputes relating to commercial contracts, complex financial products and structures, M&A, shareholder rights, partnerships, insolvency, and breach of fiduciary or other duties, as well as civil fraud and interim relief (including freezing injunctions). My clients span a range of sectors, including banking, private equity, energy, natural resources, manufacturing, and telecoms.
