I. Helping people to develop themselves is how I've spent most of my career – as a teacher, and as an administrator for 25 years in the field of continuing education. This has included using my writing skills to help promote professional music artists.II. Two formative experiences in my life: 1) Right after college I worked multiple jobs to finance my trip backpacking for 8 months around the world (included volunteering on a kibbutz in Israel); and a couple years later I traveled for 3 months through the American West, visiting national parks and talking to a lot of people. 2) I'm the father of 4 daughters, all partly home-schooled.III.
