Leading non-asset related global projects focussed upon improving the quality of life of patients living with HIV. The role involves scoping, designing and managing projects, including the commissioning and monitoring of external vendors. Projects primarily focus upon activities in the United States and Canada.

I was responsible for providing health outcomes leadership and technical expertise to the Customer Solutions teams in the development of innovative health outcomes projects. This included the development of health outcomes instruments and models, and reviewing health outcomes materials through the Zinc process. I was also responsible for identifying new opportunities to optimise appropriate market access and/or use of GSK medicines.
