The purpose of the role is to develop and implement South East Water's asset management strategies and plans to meet customer service, regulatory requirements and stakeholder expectations. Key responsibilities include:- Develop long and medium term investment programs for Infrastructure Assets that balance capital and operational expenditure to achieve.

• Development and implementation of the Departments enterprise risk management framework.
• Reporting on risk management issues to the Department’s Risk and Audit Committee (RAC), internal audit and insurance sections.
