The parent company of Lion Digital, I was quickly pulled into leading a lot of their pure creative projects working in tandem with their CD. Within 6 months I was promoted to Group Art Director and utilising my wealth of experience working across traditional creative, design, digital and video I am responsible for ensuring continued best in class output across the four world class agencies with in the group.

I joined Lion to deepen my knowledge and capabilities within a pure digital environment. Within the first year I totally re built the design team and had involvement doing the same to both dev and project management teams all to meet my exceptional high standards of talent. I helped lead on a multitude of new business pitches which lead to rapid growth for the company and best of all the opportunity to work some incredible Uk and European brands.

Freelancing across London to gain experience in larger agency environments, I worked as part of creative and design teams for agencies such as: BBH, WCRS, Karmarama, Iris and Huge to name a few.

As creative lead for the boutique top 100 London agency my role was extremely broad. I was in charge of the daily running across the full studio, covering the design, digital and creative teams and responsible for all recruitment allowing me the opportunity to build my own successful team. I was solely in charge of the art working and despatch of creative to a global market. I have recently joined the great team at The Minimart a creative agency working out of Soho, London.My role is split utilising my years of experience in design and Art director to help with some of their great global clients and to continue the amazing growth the agency is enjoying - Watch this space!

My role required working directly with the CD from initial brief, developing the creative look and direction of campaigns, working all the way through to pixel perfect finished art.
