Many measures were added to sanitation and security over the past couple years, so it became a challenge balancing time between new responsibilities and delivering the best customer experience. Organizing the flow of content, proofing images, copywriting, and designing extra resources were all apart of my responsibilities. This project had very strict deadlines. Humans of Columbus was a company that curated exclusive entertainment experiences. Using furniture, curated installations, lights, mirrors, plants, and other home decor, we built multisensory expereinces for events, collaborating with musicians, artists, chefs, we came together to celebrate our fellow Columbus peers. I managed the pool and all of its functions in its entirety. Ensured the pool was ready to open each day, planned activities for the day, scheduled lifeguard rotation, general facility upkeep, checked and maintained pool chemicals, attended to patron medical emergencies and personal problems; then made sure that the pool was ready for the next day. I take a lot of pride in this job because I was able to give back to my community.

Oversaw the other lifeguards on duty insuring they were doing their job effectively and determined what tasks need to be attended to. Had direct contact with my supervisors for what needed to be done; and had to handle patrons issues medical or personal.

Responsible for the patrons and the indoor pool facility in the YMCA. Looked over the pool chemical levels and therapeutic pool classes.

Over two summer seasons, I was a lifeguard liable for the safety of all visitors in and out of the pool as well as general upkeep of the pool grounds.
