-Delivering on multiple volume hiring projects, handle end to end recruiting process, including but not limited to sourcing, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding preparation, etc.-Managing Japan market hiring projects by working closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers, ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies;-Working closely with cross functions such as C&B, Legal, Campus Recruiting, HR Onboarding team and Training team to ensure candidate experience and smooth hiring process.- Managing relationships and performances of external recruitment vendors when necessary.

-Sourcing for talents from internal & external channels to fill the vacancy at Apple Store and conducting the initial phone screening to find the best fit.-Holding the ‘Get to know Apple’ events for candidates to experience Apple Culture and enrich their candidate journey. -Coordinate with the recruiter, POP and store managers to facilitate the interviewing process.-Supporting in sourcing talents in the Japan Market.
