I am the head of public affairs and advocacy and Rainforest Alliance. We are working to deliver systemic solutions for our 7.4 million farmers and works. We work to inform citizens to consume responsibly and not excessively, and on certification schemes for key commodities and at landscape levels across our regions to deliver conservation and social goals beyond our core crops. The focus is on influencing governments, global institutions, the corporate sector and citizens to deliver solutions that conserve nature, deliver on climate targets and ensure that farmers and worker's human rights are enhanced and respected. I manage the public affairs and advocacy teams through the RA network and directly work to deliver change.I represent RA at public events and at UN and national government negotiations.

A food systems, climate and biodiversity advisory organization, specializing in advocacy, research, though leadership and stakeholder engagement. I work with think tanks, civil society and advise business and other consultancies. I work WWF European Policy Office to develop WWF's EU food systems engagement strategy and narrative; with Chatham House on food and nutrition security and trade; Nourish Scotland and IPES-Food on the Glasgow Declaration and coordinating the Fork to Farm Dialogues in the UK and South Asia; Planet Shine, Brodie, and European Institute for Innovation and Sustainability.

I am one of the founders of Eating Better and in 2023 I served as the Chair of the Board of Trustees. Eating Better is a movement for change of sixty organisations working to accelerate the transition from producing and eating too much meat and dairy to a fairer, healthier and more sustainable food system that is better for animal welfare and for nature.

This is a European project receiving funding from the LIFE Programme of the European Union. It aims to contribute to the development and implementation of the EU Climate Policy and the Farm to Fork (F2F) Strategy by actively involving European chefs as promoters of low emission, nutritious and affordable diets, and to promote a mainstream debate on food as a key factor for climate change mitigation.

This course is designed for students and professionals who are passionate about food and sustainability. It is meant for people who are aware that if we continue to produce, distribute and consume food the way we currently do, there will be a devastating impact on our health and that of our Planet. I was working across Forum's Geographies, helping people and corporates transition to just and regenerative food systems.Our work included Growing our Future - US, UK and India; reframing food narratives; South East Asia's protein challenge; and sustainable nutrition.

I have convened a global team from across operations, advocacy, communications and fundraising to design the short and learn term organisation climate change strategy. The aim is to connect the humanitarian sector with development and environmental sectors and focus on win win win adaptation solutions. We will link climate change drivers to the growing impacts in the least developed countries. This includes capacity building in our offices in the global south, and engagement with global conventions.I will be conducting research into the links of climate change to humanitarian risks and the global engagement strategy.I am developing AAH's work on food systems, with focus on the growing food crisis causing hunger, migration, conflict and the links to sustainable diets, lifestyle leapfrogging, trade, subsidies and climate finance.The role includes advocacy, developing policy positions and working with global leaders.

I am leading a global program to create a global agreement to deliver a sustainable food system, that supports the SDGs and Paris climate agreement. I work with NGOs, UN bodies and the corporate sector.I manage CIWF's international policy program and oversee the Fish and Antibiotics Campaign. My team has 6 direct line reports and 20 members.

I led the food team for WWF UK. I was on the Leadership team for the WWF Global Food Practice and head the Sustainable Consumption working group. I was on the steering group of the landscape team.My role included developing strategy for the UK and the WWF network, sitting in the corporate stewardship food and water team. I worked on food systems, food security and sustainable diets. I led WWF's work on food systems. I managed the UK food team.I undertook continued engagement in policy preparation, lobbying and advocacy. I wrote blogs and media articles for WWF and am skilled in social media outreach. I participated in high level meetings and forums, traveling in the UK and globally. I was part of the WWF international team looking at Global Sustainable Development Goals, advising on food systems and developing our future food goal.Currently I was on the advisory group for the Food and Climate Research Network, Bioversity International’s sustainable diets metrics project, the UNEP/FAO AgriFood task force and the Milan Protocol and helped set up and am a director at Eating Better. I sat on the Green Food Project steering group and the consumption group, developing guidelines for a sustainable diet.I have been involved in a successful funding bids including for Life + and with foundations.My corporate engagement work has lead to partnerships with Alpro and Sodexo and on going work with other retails and processors..I managed the Livewell team and corporate partnerships.

Managed an international partnership with IKEA for 3 years with a substantial budget. Successfully fundraised from a variety of sources. Seconded to the campaigns team for 3 months.Achievements: Created the Livewell program of work, which was nominated for a BBC good food award.Projected Managed a 3 year food program with IKEA, WWF Sweden, Italy, Spain and the USA.Established the Innocent PartnershipWrote the successful Life + bid to establish the Livewell projected in Europe. Presented at the UNFAO, the EC, the committee on Food Security and at Foresight. Instigated and sit on the management team for a multi sectorial NGO Sustainable Diet Coalition.Represent WWF on a variety of national and global coalitions.

Planning, Environmental and Property Consultants.Researched policy and legislation, local, national and international and the policies of groups such as the local authorities and NGOs. Worked on issues ranging from wind energy, sustainable tourism to Special Protection Areas. Worked with consultants, local government and developers. Took a one year sabbatical on the Galapagos Islands.
