Reported to the Chairman, Finance Director and Supply Chain Director. • Developed, implemented and ran an Integrated Business Planning process to drive joined-up decision making within Scottish Courage, which led to cost savings of over £3M in the first year and supported execution of the new strategy across all the divisions.• Chaired the monthly Integrated Reconciliation meeting of Main Board minus 1 level Directors that initiates work on cross-functional business problems and proposes solutions to the Board.• Developed with the Board the Scottish Courage Balanced Scorecard Strategy Map.• Project managed the introduction of SAP-Strategic Enterprise Management software to the business (one of the first global implementations).• Drove the Scottish Courage integration agenda by working on several senior management groups such as the Innovation and New Product Development Steering Committee and the SAP-BW and SAP-APO project groups.
