Duncan was President of Infor, an industry cloud applications company and the third largest provider of enterprise software in the world with more than 70,000 customers. In this role, he worked with some of the best-known brands in the world and 100’s of lower middle market businesses across a wide spectrum of industries to help them leverage technology to automate and transform themselves into digital enterprises. During his tenure, he helped lead the transformation of Infor into the first industry cloud company with over 70 million subscribers. This ultimately led to the successful sale to Koch Industries in 2020 for $13B, and the creation of nearly $7B in enterprise value.

Duncan was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the retail industry business worldwide at Oracle Corporation. He was responsible for all aspects of the business. While there he grew the business to the number one position in market share worldwide.

Duncan served as Chief Strategy Officer, President Retail.com at Retek. During his tenure with Retek, he played an instrumental role in growing the company from $13 million to nearly $175 million in revenue, which helped lead to a successful IPO and, ultimately, the sale of Retek to Oracle Corporation for over $600 million.
