Reporting to Ignition's global leadership team, I ensure the successful configuration, integration and delivery of the Ignition platform to help bring our clients' digital and hybrid advice propositions to market. I am accountable for the overall solution and the interaction of the design, advice and technical aspects of the platform for client deliveries, as well as shaping the internal product development roadmap.Ignition Advice provides SaaS bank grade robo-advice technology for financial institutions seeking to develop and grow digital advice, distribution, partnerships and channels.

Developed an algorithmic financial planning and investment advice solution for the new Plan & Invest business within Barclays Wealth for deployment in digital/hybrid channels, partnering with Scalable Capital for delivery.Lead, managed and/or provided SME input to all aspects of the delivery of the advice solution, including:- Front office digital UI/UX design- Automated portfolio rebalancing methodology- Investment product selection and/or manufacturing- Suitability Letter construction- Colleague system requirements- T&C framework- Marketing strategy etc.

Provided whole-of-market, independent financial advice to high net worth professionals, encompassing pensions, investments, taxation and estate planning.- Built and maintained relationships with high net worth clients (c£75m AUM personally / c£4bn company-wide), with an emphasis on providing a flexible, bespoke service.- Oversight and implementation of clients' investment strategy execution.- Delivered business change projects with C-level stakeholders and COO sponsorship, including customer service enhancement, technology/system upgrades, and an overhaul of the company revenue model.- Managed regular reviews of the products panel, incorporating new and anticipated market developments.
