CurrentIT Team Lead Ensure user issues are being resolved and SLA's are met. Act as escalation point for more complex or trending issues. Make sure processes are in place, documented and being followed. Communicating with our clients and working with other IT teams and departments to ensure needs are met. Ensuring IT analysts have the proper tools and support to do their jobs as well as help with their growth and continued learning.RESPONSIBILITIES Manage direct reports to enable them to meet their objectives and development goals Lead the IT Analysts to ensure they’re achieving the highest standards and meeting departmental objectives Oversight of day to day Service Desk operations including queue management, response times, root cause analysis and documentation Regular coaching with IT analysts and conduct quarterly and annual performance and development reviews Act as a primary point of escalation for the global services team Support and/or lead on various IT projects as assigned Propose and implement initiatives to maintain and improve the quality of service Manage the mobile device estate and contracts Responsible for user device standards ensuring computer builds meet service standards and expectations Manage IT inventory and maintain appropriate level of spares and stock for new starters Participate in the development and administration of the IT annual budget Participate in the forecast of funds needed for equipment, materials, and services Create POs & Capex – Follow Legal, Financial, and IT approval process Provide finance with information regarding allocation of capital assets Approve invoices and track spends Attend and participate in professional group meetings; maintain awareness of new trends and developments in the field of information technology Ensures that all activities and interactions are carried out with the highest ethical and professional standards and that all work is accomplished with quality and in accordance with values
