August 1, 2024, we took on KEMPER North America, which now has two locations: Woodstock, Ontario, Canada, and Miami, Florida, USA. I am responsible for overseeing and growing the KEMPER operations in Canada. KEMPER is a premium leading manufacturer of welding fume extraction units and advanced filter systems for the metal processing industry. Headquartered in Vreden, Germany, this medium-sized, family-owned business has established itself as a technological leader, particularly with its highly efficient systems designed to filter ultrafine dust particles from welding fumes.KEMPER’s extensive product portfolio includes extraction tables for cutting processes and a complete range of accessories for industrial safety and air quality management. The company serves sectors such as metal processing, electrical, and automotive industries. Founded in 1977, KEMPER currently employs around 370 people and operates a production facility near Prague, Czech Republic. The company is represented globally through ten subsidiaries and numerous permanent trading partners.

April 1, 2024 we launched 'FumeFree' a leader in light industrial (Non-Production), source capture weld fume extraction systems. FumeFree delivers simple innovative clean air solutions in the small to medium-sized welding businesses.

January 1, 2019, I took a massive step into entering into business, opening up Translas North America. Based on past training and experience gained from working for larger reputable organizations that believed and invested in me, I decided to take this next step in my career path journey with much support and encouragement from seasoned entrepreneurs who also know me and believe in me and the plan.

In 2014, I officially start the 'Robovent Canada' division in Edmonton, Alberta, focusing on Western Canada at first then eventually I took on the whole of Canada from Coast to Coast to Coast, traveling a lot to the east, until i eventually moved to Ontario and established the Canadian office in Woodstock. We had huge growth/success in the first 4 years of this journey, then one day the company decided to sell out to an investment company which changed everything for me.
